We like a challenge
Established in 2008 we have organically grown to become a highly regarded construction and civil engineering company. We work across a range of projects and sectors, some being highly technical and others presenting logistical challenges. We have a well-resourced highly skilled team, our own plant, and strong connections with several companies meaning we cover a wide range of specialist services. We are a national company covering all areas of the UK.
Meet the Team
We have a loyal and dedicated team of 30 permanent employees across a range of civil engineering and construction disciplines. We also use a small, hand-picked bank of subcontractors with whom we have long-standing relationships and whose skills we regularly assess.
Stephen Tootell
Managing Director
From a background in horticulture, Stephen developed an interest in landscaping. At the age of just 19, he set up his first business. In 2010 gained a qualification in Landscape Management and Maintenance.
Over time he developed relationships with construction companies and the focus of the business shifted to larger scale residential and commercial landscaping and groundwork projects. Momentum grew and in 2008 UK Landcare Ltd was established.
Stephen’s commitment to UK Landcare ensures a solid and sustainable growth curve to continue for years to come.
Heath Rowland
Director
Heath’s background is in civil engineering, spending more than 30 years in engineering management for one of the UK’s Civil Engineering Companies
He joined the business in 2012 to help develop the civil engineering side of the business.
He thrives on working with challenging projects and works to overcome technical situations that we come across.
Heath’s commitment to Health & Safety has taken UK Landcare beyond the required expectations within the industry.
