Project Overview: Undertaking the civil engineering works for the construction of a new solar farm

Location: Rochdale

CDM Role: Sub-contractor for Vital Energi

Scope of works:

1. Install solar farm site compound area
2. Access/Haul road to allow access for the construction and maintenance of the solar farm.
3. Installation of new land drainage and swail.
4. Preparation and installation of solar farm planting scheme ( hedgerows and trees )
5. Preparation and construction of new sub station, control room and transformer concrete bases.
6. Excavate cable and ducting routes across site. Backfill and make good on completion.
