Constructed in an area of archaeological remains of the old castle
Small site with limited working room which was logistically demanding
Building close relations with archaeological teams to work through obstacles
Removal of underground obstructions to support (UXO Team – unexploded ordinance)
Construction of foundations for building – raft on pile cap
Construction of abstraction plant pit to allow installation of a floating abstraction unit over harbour wall
Construction of building
Landscaping to completion
