Project Overview:

Refurbishment and separation of 2 industrial units into 4 retail units and 3 industrial facilities units.

Scope of Works Included:

• Removal of existing metal deck roofing and replacement with new
• New wall cladding throughout
• Construction of separation walls
• Construction for new office demise within units
• Altering structural openings to allow installation of new personnel and roller shutter doors
• New electrical and security systems
• Decoration throughout
• Installation of curtain walled glass frontage
• Upgrading existing drainage system
• Forming new yard card park and trailer storage areas
• Security fencing to perimeter
