Scope of works:

Scrap yard concrete repairs

1. Total of 18 areas and refitting of manhole lid
2. Saw cut all areas as required
3. Breakout damaged areas of concrete
4. Install new type-1 stone as required and compact
5. Lay 1200g visqueen over compacted stone
6. Shutter as required
7. Concrete using rc40/50xf or equivalent concrete
8. Apply curing agent

Cooling bed concrete repair works 5 number 9x750x200mm each

1. Break of and remove steels from plinths
2. Shutter new plinths
3. Recast with concrete using rc40/50xf or equivalent concrete
4. Core drill for new holding down bolts
5. Resin new bolts in place
6. Installation of new beams
